ABOUT NEXSTEPS
REAL SKILLS. REAL PROGRESS. REAL LIFE.
Nexsteps develops practical independent living resources for young people aged 16–18 and planning for the transition into adulthood.
We believe learning life skills should be more than completing a checklist. Young people should have opportunities to learn, discuss, practise and build confidence in the everyday skills they will need as they become more independent.

WHY NEXSTEPS?
Nexsteps brings important independent living topics together in a modern, accessible and highly visual format. From managing money and cooking to employment, housing, relationships, wellbeing and staying safe, our resources are designed around real situations young people may encounter in everyday life.
BUILT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. USEFUL FOR PROFESSIONALS.
Our resources are designed to encourage meaningful conversations between young people and the professionals supporting them. Activities, reflection, goal setting and review can help turn learning into practical progress.
